UNIFICA A three-month journey back to the natural balance of your being UNIFICA is an integrative health program for people who want to restore their body’s natural balance, understand their health journey and actively participate in their transformation. Over three months, we focus on restorative sleep, nervous system regulation, reconnection with the body and sustainable habits that support physical, mental and emotional well-being. Returning to the natural frequency of your being means recovering inner coherence: respecting the body’s rhythms and allowing rest, breathing, movement, nutrition and awareness to work together. The program follows a progressive path—regulation, deeper exploration and integration—but it is not a rigid protocol. Every practice is adapted to your medical history, needs and individual rhythm. MONTH 1 · REGULATE AND RESTORE We begin with an assessment of your medical history, current health, habits, nutrition, sleep and blood test results when relevant. Together, we define your goals and create your personalised UNIFICA plan. This stage focuses on circadian rhythms, restorative sleep and inner safety through conscious breathing, contemplation, Yoga Synergy, Five-Dimensional Flow, nutritional guidance and supplementation when appropriate. MONTH 2 · DEEPEN AND TRANSFORM Once the body has greater stability, we explore the mental, emotional and physical patterns that may be limiting your process. Practices may include NLP, therapeutic hypnosis, self-inquiry, automatic writing, medicinal plants, silence, nature, temazcal and traditional plant-based practices. We cultivate new somatic memories of calm, confidence and safety while establishing a sustainable daily practice. MONTH 3 · INTEGRATE AND FIND DIRECTION The final month is dedicated to consolidating new habits, integrating physical and emotional changes, and clarifying your purpose and direction in life. Pilgrimages to meaningful natural places and completion rituals support the integration of a new perspective. Together, we create a personal roadmap so you can continue caring for your health with clarity and autonomy. Throughout the program, I draw from different integrative and ancestral approaches. The aim is not to use every tool, but to choose those that can genuinely support you. UNIFICA is a path back to your body, your natural rhythm and your ability to participate consciously in your health. A journey to return to your centre and come home to yourself.
