UNIFICA Body · Mind · Purpose A 3-month 1:1 mentoring journey for people living with chronic pain, anxiety, disconnection, and emotional blocks, who want to return to their body, calm the mind, and reconnect with their purpose. Online or in person · Weekly personalized sessions 🌿 WHAT IS UNIFICA? UNIFICA is a journey back to Health. A gentle yet deep mentoring process where the body no longer carries what the mind holds in. It is for those experiencing exhaustion, anxiety, body tension, chronic fatigue, or a sense of disconnection, and who feel the call to return to themselves—without forcing or pushing. This is not about fixing yourself, but about remembering how to self-regulate, support yourself, and realign. The intention is to restore the body’s natural capacity for balance: homeostasis. 🌀 THE JOURNEY (3 MONTHS) Each month builds upon the previous one, integrating simple, sustainable practices the body can truly absorb. 🌙 Month 1 · Body Regulating rhythms, improving sleep, calming the nervous system through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. 🧠 Month 2 · Mind NLP and therapeutic hypnosis to release outdated patterns and soften inner struggle. 🌟 Month 3 · Integration Bringing body, mind, and purpose into alignment, refining inner listening and clarity. 🤍 HOW I SUPPORT YOU Weekly 1:1 sessions (online or in person) Therapeutic coaching, deep listening, and Biodynamic Osteopathy Weekly learning materials and guided practices Breathing, meditation, and gentle somatic work Your process is unique. The mentoring adapts to you. 🧭 CLOSING RETREAT The journey ends with a 4-day nature retreat, including a pilgrimage to Montserrat mountain, to integrate everything lived and embodied. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. For osteopathy session in Clinica Marcos call or send us a WhatsApp message at +34 658 759 777, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new date for you. For others services call or WhataApp +34 657982809. Cancellations If you need to cancel, we’ll gladly offer a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reserved time and preparation. Late Arrivals & No-Shows To respect all clients, sessions will finish at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. If you’re unable to attend and haven’t informed us beforehand (no-shows), the session is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, these policies allow us to hold your space and provide the best service for everyone.
