It integrates the responsible use of microdoses of sacred plants with biodynamic osteopathy, generative trance, hypnosis, NLP, and conscious breathing. A gentle and intimate space to release blockages, regain vital clarity, and live from inner coherence and harmony. 🍄 Important I do not provide the microdoses. This mentorship is for people who are already working with microdoses and wish to do so in a conscious, safe, and guided way. Includes a brief health review—physical, emotional, and mental. Together we assess whether this process is right for you. 🌿 Transformational Sessions Each session combines biodynamic osteopathy, generative trance, hypnosis, and NLP to help you release blockages, open creativity, and restore inner harmony. 📓 Personal Journal + Breathwork and Writing Practices Simple tools to help you connect with your body, intuition, and inner calm.
