Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. For osteopathy session in Clinica Marcos call or send us a WhatsApp message at +34 658 759 777, and we’ll be happy to arrange a new date for you. For others services call or WhataApp +34 657982809. Cancellations If you need to cancel, we’ll gladly offer a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reserved time and preparation. Late Arrivals & No-Shows To respect all clients, sessions will finish at the scheduled time even if you arrive late. If you’re unable to attend and haven’t informed us beforehand (no-shows), the session is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, these policies allow us to hold your space and provide the best service for everyone.
